Everytime a guest books your vacation rental you are alerted immediately by email. After loggin in you can review new reservations and choose to accept, modify, or reject them. From the homepage you can check current rental availability, and search for reservations by guest name, order number, and check-in date. You can even manually key-in reservations for over-the-phone bookings.

Manage Rates & Availability With the Built in Booking Calendar

The 2-in-1 vacation rental calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of availability and color-coordinates reservations. Dates shown in green are paid in full, dates in blue are awaiting payment, an so on. Rates are customizable on a nightly, weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis. Custom booking restrictions are also available, such as minimum stays, check-ins and check-outs on particular days of the week, bookings in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals.

View Detailed Reservation Information at a Glance

Each reservation has a summary page that shows check-in and check-out dates, charges and balances, guest information, the signed rental contract, and payment information all at a glance. Type in notes to stay organized, and have the option to download and print reservations so you have a hard copy while on the go.

Itemized Order Charges For Each Reservation

Stay in the driver's seat with the ability to manage every itemized charge including rent, service fees (cleaning, laundry, et cetera), booking fees, damage deposits, coupons, and tax. You can add new charges, void existing charges, and edit charge amounts.

Charge Credit Cards with the Built-in Virtual Terminal

Add an optional built-in Virtual Terminal to process credit cards. Credit card processing is safe and secure, and each transaction is tracked with a reservation so you stay organized. Transaction receipts can be automatically emailed to guests.

The settings area gives you the flexibility of changing payment types, when payments are due, rental agreements, rates, fees, taxes, and service charges. Create coupons that guests can redeem online, and manage guest emails such as welcome and thank-you packages.

Create and Download Reports

Choose from several different types of reports for detailed information about reservations, check-ins & check-outs, availability, upcoming & past-due payments, rental charges and taxes, and guest contact information. Each report can be customized by date, sorted by column, and downloaded in Microsoft Excel format. Reports are also excellent tools for tax preparation and end-of-year income analysis.
