Units are rented on a calendar month basis - check-in no earlier than 1:00 PM on the 1st of the month with check-out no later than 11:00 AM on the last day of the month. All vacation rental units are Fully Furnished.The monthly cost includes the Rent, 4.712% General Excise Tax, 8.25 Transient Accommodations Tax (with an increase to 9.25% starting July 1, 2010) and a non-refundable Cleaning Fee. In addition, a security deposit will be charged/required.1. All rent is due and payable upon cancellation 2. Unit is rented in "as-is" condition as to contents 3. Tenants agree to follow Colony Surf rules and regulations 4. No Smoking 5. No pets 6. Tenant to be charged for cleaning of stains and repairs or replacement of damage 7. Feeding of birds is prohibited and tenant will be charged for fines, cleaning and treatment 8. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00 is due with contract 9. Sleeping in queen size bed. 10. Tenant to be charged for lost or stolen keys. 11. House guests must be registered with landlord and building manager 12. Early check-in or late check-out times cannot be accommodated. 13. The owners try to provide good mattresses but we do not have the capacity to accommodate special mattress requirements. 14. Internet Service is in the unit; but if tech service is needed to connect, the service will be charged to tenant.
