All vacation rental units are Fully Furnished.The monthly cost includes the Rent, 4.712% General Excise Tax, 8.25 Transient Accommodations Tax (with an increase to 9.25% starting July 1, 2010) and a non-refundable Cleaning Fee. In addition, a security deposit will be charged/required.1. All rent is due and payable upon cancellation 2. Unit is rented in "as-is condition as to contents 3. NO SMOKING 4. NO PETS 5. Tenant agrees to follow all Sans Souci Inc. rules and regulations. 6. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is due with security deposit 7. Feeding of birds is prohibited and tenant will be charged for fines, cleaning and treatment. 8. Unit sleeps two with king size bed on lanai 9. Tenant will be charged for repairs, cleaning and replacement of damaged furnishings 10. Tenants must register house guests with landlord and with building manager. 11. No accommodation can be made for early arrivals or late departures.
