Our cabin has all you need for fun in the sun or snow. Just a few short miles to Heavenly Ski Resort and 3 blocks from the beach, The Cozy Tahoe cabin is ready for all seasons. We recently remodeled the kitchen with new appliances and granite counters. Relax after a long day of recreating in our hot tub which is always piping hot and cleaned after every stay. Bedrooms offer queen beds and a pullout couch completes the sleeping accommodations.

Rental Policies and Conditions

This is a non-smoking home and pets are welcome. Our home accommodates a maximum of six people. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $125.00 is charged per reservation. All reservations require a $250.00 security deposit, due 30 days before check-in.
