One bedroom has a double and a twin, the other has two twins. The kitchen is fully furnished, including electric appliances, coffee pot, toaster, microwave.The apartment is less than a hundred yards from the bus stop.Parking is very tight, but you do have a parking spot for the Captain's View.You are right across from Harbor Mountain and minutes from many hiking trails and can put a kayak into the water just a short piece away.

Sitka Vacation Rental AgreementRESERVATION: A 35% deposit is required to reserve your dates, unless your arrival date is within 60 days, in which case the full amount is due. Your credit card will be charged at time of booking. Your balance is due 60 days before arrival. Your lodging is guaranteed your entire stay, even if your arrival is delayed. You are still responsible for your accommodations in the event of bad weather or other natural disasters. CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservation up to 90 days prior to your arrival with only a 3% charge to cover my credit card transaction costs. If you cancel in less than 90 days of your arrival, you will only receive a refund if your dates are re-booked and you will be charged the 3% credit card transactions coverage fee, plus $100, plus for the time involved for re-booking service. CAR RENTAL AND TRAVEL TICKETS: We highly suggest you check on your tickets and your car rental prior to making your lodging reservations as Sitka frequently books up in the summer.
