This privately owned, 2400 square foot, spacious and beautifully furnished 2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse is just the place to enjoy the sun and water. The peaceful and colorful Banana Bay community is located on Perdido Key, situated geographically between the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf Intracostal waterway. Banana Bay is known for its striking colorful architecture with unobstructed views. A beautiful private Gulf Intracostal Waterway beach, heated pool with hot tub are located just steps from our front door. Excellent Golfing opportunities abound in the area. We are located just across The road from the Lost Key Golf Course.

The fully furnished three bedroom townhouse at Banana Bay will comfortably sleep 8 people. There is single queen bed in the master bedroom along with TV and private bath with double shower and separate jetted garden bathtub. The second bedroom, has 2 queen-size beds, TV an adjoining bath. The third bedroom is also furnished with 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The lower level has a large living room area with TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath. Two glass doors lead to an outdoor patio with picnic bench and chairs. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all flatware, silverware and glassware for twelve people. There is separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Rental Policies and Conditions

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance will be charged to your booking credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date. If less than 30 days from booking to check-in date, payment in full at time of booking is required. The same valid credit card is required for both the reservation deposit and the remaining balance. Payment may be paid by Visa or MasterCard. CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. Check-outs beyond 11:00 a.m. are subject to penalties.

CLEANING: The townhouse will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure. There will be a $95.00 fee applied to all visits.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: The Guest is solely responsible for any damages or breakages that may be caused to the property or its contents and also for any loss of items in the inventory during their stay. Seven (7) days prior to check-in a credit card authorization in the amount of $200.00 will be made to your booking credit card. This authorization will only be used in case there are any damages to the property during your stay. This authorization will be cancelled within 14 days after check-out if the property is returned in the same condition that you received it in. (Further details included in rental agreement)

CANCELLATIONS: You have the right to cancel with 30 days written cancellation notice. All advance funds will be returned less a $100 cancellation fee. If written notice is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.

OCCUPANCY: Guests/Credit Cardholders’ agrees that the maximum occupancy of 10 persons shall not be exceeded at any time. Only the number of guests as stated on the booking form may inhabit the property during the agreed rental period. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the unit cannot be exceeded, adults, children and babies count alike. The hosting of parties, which would increase maximum occupancy in the home, on decks, patios or anywhere on the property, is a violation of your rental lease. OVER OCCUPIED PROPERTIES CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH AND ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION. NO REFUNDS OF ANY MONIES, NO EXCEPTIONS. THE GUEST/CARDHOLDER AGREES THAT THE FINAL DETERMINATION IN REGARDS TO THE NUMBER OF ADDITONAL GUESTS WILL BE MADE BY BANANABAYRENTALS.COM. No Singles under 25 years of age without legal guardian or owner's prior approval. Occupancy of common areas shall be quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate residency with anyone at anytime during the rental period
