This is a non-smoking home and sorry, no pets are allowed. Although our home accommodates a maximum of eight people, up to two children under the age of ten may stay in addition to eight adults. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $25.00 is charged per reservation. We can also provide you with a time-saving laundry service for only $15.00 if you wish to save yourself the trouble of bringing your own towels, sheets, and bedding. All reservations require a $250.00 security deposit, due 30 days prior to arrival.
